Marsha Jessee Interview
with Patrick Combs, Motivational Speaker and Author
This type of healing deals with the human biofield or aura and the chakra system. Thank God these days that we have the Quantum Physicists to give us evidence of what we already knew, we are far more than our flesh…we are vibrating interconnected wheels of light. We are mental, physical, emotional and spiritual, not just flesh. Energy work address the whole continuum, since one cannot be separated from the other, the whole being is connected.
The belief in energetic healing implies that there are mental and emotional causal factors in the creation of disease. This means that the repercussions of trauma are stored in the biofield, which affects our physical body and therefore requires healing. Since we are vibration and have a perfect blueprint ideally, energy healing attempts to restore the field to optimum function in order to restore health.
I can give you an example, for instance, some migraine headaches are related to unresolved grief, in which the receptors in the circulatory system have become tightened due to emotional tension in the high chest area. This affects the flow of blood to the brain and creates headaches. When we run energy from our hands in a specific way through the area and open up the field, the headaches go away permanently. Bear in mind the person has to be willing to let go of the grief, to work through the feelings there is a free will component to this process.
Well this is a long journey. One day you don’t just say, “I think I’ll become a healer”…More likely, I believe it is a calling. For me it has been a gradual awakening and a series of realizations. On my own journey, I had my wounding in many areas and was able to heal my own mind body and spirit. I also am a seeker of multiple religious, spiritual and holistic paths. As a kid I had some ESP and I’ve always seen auras and spirits. So as I grew in years and sought out healers to help myself, one day I decided to see if I could “do what they did”. I just imitated what I saw and experienced (this was before I had any formal training). I remember journaling “I think I have a gift of healing in my hands’ I was amazed, trust me, it’s quite a surprise when this starts to happen. So many years of training followed, interspersed with working with a client/patient base as well as teaching and continuing to seek. We are evolutionary beings, always changing with the planetary shifts. Since I have been offering my services people just seemed to find me over the years. The path opens on its own if we stay in the flow. I began to see it was obviously meant to be, since the so-called coincidences piled up into evidence of a guiding power. I now feel this work is what I was destined to do and it is not a path I can change my mind and just jump off. I have some responsibility here on this earth to do this work for the good of humanity.
Being given a gift of healing is a sacred thing to be honored and respected and not to be taken lightly. I have shielded myself very carefully until I was really ready to be known and then when I was guided to I advertised. I promise you, people just knew, both friends and clients knew there was more to me then the surface. I am reluctant to use the gift as a psychic since there is so much abuse of the sacred in that area and I don’t want to be associated with that. I work primarily as a healer and spiritual advisor, helping people with difficult decisions. If information is channeled to me during the session, I share what is for the persons highest good.
Ultimately, the results speak for themselves, and it is a co-creation, since the healer is just a facilitator. I believe there are many lightworkers on the earth as this time and that healing should be a priority if we are going to save our Earth and ourselves. It has always been my precept that peace has to begin in a peaceful body/mind.
WHAT ARE YOUR GIFTS EXACTLY?
This gets into the gifts of clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, and the alleged abilities to see, know or hear without receiving any sensory information concerning events. It infers abilities to be sensitive to non-physical forces. These alleged gifts are actually just full functioning human beings and today as we see these abilities increasing, many of us choose to call them full sensory perceptions rather then extra sensory perception or psychic.
I imagine there have always been many of us with these so-called gifts of second sight. For me there are times that the extra senses are stronger then other times and if I am working with a purpose and intent the gifts are useful for that end. They can come as sudden flashes of insight, often not produced at will and it is also possible to meditate or do shamanic journey work specifically for divination, to get answered questions.
Luckily for those of us with these gifts, science is studying them, giving us some efficacy. Mankind has always been both fascinated and afraid of these kinds of things, but the fear seems to be leaving and slowly there is an increasing acceptance of these extra senses as a real thing that can be used for healing or in law enforcement.
So on the how we do healing let me say all physical structures have an energetic reality template upon which they are based. There is an interface between the physical reality and the quantum energetic hologram. If one can perceive this, it is easy to facilitate change and to assist the transformation of disease and disharmony. We have information on how the field is structured i.e., how it looks, and today we have cameras and computers that can pick the field up and so it is more objectifiably real. There are many vibrational energy-healing tools available today. It is starting to loose some of the mystery attached to it and gain some acceptance in mainstream medicine.
The first answer I get to this is that is feels like relief and freedom and lightness and sometimes ecstasy. If you are on the table with a healer’s hands on you, you may feel tingling sensations, heat, areas of previously trapped energy opening up feels good. During the process, just relax, set intention to relax and let things occur for your best and highest good. If you believe in prayer, pray.
If a person can’t relax, we are aware of that and will address it first so the session can proceed optimally.
Some people fall asleep, some leave their bodies, sometimes we wake you up, sometimes not, it’s a spirit guided thing, it’s not me orchestrating, be clear on that, it’s a 3 way affair, my will and yours and the spirits of the God force. We aren’t alone in this place, that’s for sure; there is a great deal of spiritual help.
It is key to realize that the universe is made up of vibration; each of us carries one, some very high, some not so high. It is dependent on your thoughts, what you are exposed to such as foods, chemical substances and experiences. Our vibration is a constantly shifting thing. Whatever your vibration the goal of energy healing is to shed unwanted low frequency energy and move up the scale vibrationally.
We live in a free will universe, so its up to you what to believe, but there does seem to be some emerging picture of reality. You don’t have to believe anything and once again thank God for our scientists because this very question has been addressed by science and it has been shown that energy healing and distant healing works always, but it works better if the minds and wills are in alignment, very logical. This goes back to co-creation, the healer as facilitator, your will, the will of the higher powers, it’s a 3 way.
I have worked on the willing and the skeptic. There are cases where a family member calls for help for a child or a very sick person. We are very careful about not crossing the free will of another, so generally we have permission and awareness of the patient.
If it is table work and someone is subconsciously or consciously blocking me, it can make the process slower and more difficult.
There is growing body of knowledge forming about energy healing. There are many studies and books available on the subject.
This seems to be the most difficult shift in consciousness for us to get. It flies in the face of established reality, so we have to look at the results. It clearly does work and many of us planet wide are doing it.
Distant healing is transformation through time, distance, and space. It involves the use of consciousness and focused intention and it is harmonious with the concepts and laws of quantum physics. We can command the primal forces, period. There is no time, distance or space, try to get your mind around that one. I had been doing Long Distance Healing for 10 years, with results, and still one day in amazement I had this huge evolutionary moment when I just said, “Oh my God, this is astounding!”
One way to begin to see it is this. Say you are out in the public somewhere and you see someone attractive and you look for a moment and perhaps you think something and you send some vibe and the person feels you and they turn to see who it is? This is an example of sending energy long distance.
The basic idea of the process of distant healing is to do it consciously and with intention. The roots of this type of healing are mystical and have an ancient history.
Well most of the time we can do pretty much everything distant that we can do hands on but sometimes it is more therapeutic to bring the person in and work hands on. The person may need to be present, bodily present, for the work. On the other hand, there are cases that call and I see that I really don’t want to wrestle with that particular thing on the table, so I ask can I do distance work first. It can be a great assessment tool and can provide pre-treatment for some table sessions. If the person has been partially cleared prior to arriving they may for instance be more relaxed so the work will proceed more effectively.
In terms of how I work, sometimes in distant work I wait until the person is asleep, it they are nervous or have a lot of mind stuff (expectations or anxiety) it is best to either do it when they sleep (if the time zones work,) or don’t give an exact time. Often I like to have a window of time, say a week to 10 days to let things settle and see what surfaces.
Table work may be noticeably more profound in the relaxation effect; I know the receptionist at my office sometimes laughs at the blissed out people who come out my door after treatments. It is important to remember the goal is healing and transformation, not to have some sensory experience. This works if best if there is a goal, a focus for the desired outcome.
Some cases require daily treatments, such as chemo patients who are severely debilitated, if I have their body in front of me and the kidneys or the bone marrow want attention I can address this and give specific chi to that organ or tissue.
What do you want? Expect a miracle, easy to say and usually hard to own… You are in charge of your own reality, and you can have as much healing as you want. Overall the goal is increased freedom and health. People gain clarity, sleep better, notice an increase in dreaming, all sorts of mental and emotional symptoms shift. Many times people are simply overwhelmed and need a clean up in order to refocus their life. Healing work enables you to consciously co-create a meaningful existence by realizing that there can be easily removed obstacles to clear functioning.
In terms of results, such as more personal freedom, more confidence, loss of phobias, the dispelling of grief, anxiety, anger, tension, this includes the loss of the corresponding of physical symptoms as well, such as headaches, bowel problems, or stomach trouble.
Some of my work lately has been in the area of relationship issues, so sometimes I am treating a couple or a family energy. There are times when someone I work with or one of my students has an acute condition such as cramps, diarrhea or a headache and often I can help remove these conditions rapidly. So, symptoms decrease or disappear entirely. Sometimes things shift, something goes away and then it reappears a few days later. This is irritating because we all want instant gratification and to spend a small amount of money. The work is a co-creation of the patient, the therapist and the spiritual realm and it is essential for the patient to monitor any personal factors that could contribute to the long-term success of their sessions.
